Q: Is the product brand new?

A: Yes, our website sells brand new products only. 

 

Q: What is the difference between EU and UK version?

A: Most of our products are EU version as written on the product pages.  The product itself has no difference but the EU version comes with a 2-pin plug.  We proivde a free extra 3-pin plug for UK customers. 

 

Q: What does "SIM-Free" mean?

A: It means the phone is not linked with any networks in the country.  Customers can use the SIM cards from any network providers. 

 

Q: Is the phone dual SIM or single SIM?

A: If the phone is dual SIM, it will be written on the product page.  If it is not written, that means it is single SIM.  

 

Q: Why can’t a SIM-Free phone be used in other counties?

A: All of the smartphones we sell are SIM-Free or Unlocked that can be used without network restrictions in EU.

Warranty

 

Q: How does the warranty work?

A: Most of our products are EU version as written on the product page and customers enjoy 2 years warranty done by the brand directly.  For the product which is not EU version, we provide 1 year warranty by ourselves.

Q: What types of the payment method are accepted by Wowcamera?

A: Customers can pay by using their PayPal account, or pay by credit cards via PayPal without an PayPal account.

 

Q: How does a customer place an order?

A: It is simple:

1. Fnd your product by typing keywords on the Search Bar, such as iphone 7, d5500 and etc.  You can also find the product types on the Categories Bar.

2, Add the products to the shopping cart.

3, Click PayPal Express to checkout in PayPal, or click Proceed to checkout in our website.

Once the order is made, the system will send a confirmation email to you.

 

Q: What is the procedure of the payment process?

A:  It is simple:

1. Click the PayPal Express button on the Shopping Cart page to fill in information in PayPal, or click Proceed button to fill in information in our website.

2. After clicking the PayPal Express button or filling your information on our Checkout page, you will be redirected to PayPal.  You can login or checkout as a guest.

3. Your credit card informations are required if you don’t have a PayPal account.

 

Shippment

 

Q: Do I need to pay the custom?

A: No, you never need to pay any customs.

 

Q: Where do Wowcamera ship products from?

A: The product will be shipped from our warehouse in Luxembourg, Netherlands or UK, depending on stock availability.

 

Q: When can I get the product after the order is made?

A: Once we receive the order, we will arrange the shipment ASAP. The order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days normally. If the order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number to check the shipping status.

 

Q: What type of delivery methods Wowcamera chooses?

A: We normally use world-class trusted couriers to serve customers, including DHL and UPS. 

 

Q: Can Wowcamera ship the products abroad?

A: Currently we only ship to UK, Germany, France, Spanish and Portugal.  They are all free shpping.

Q: Can Wowcamera provide a VAT invoice?

A: We are unable to provide a VAT invoice. However, we can provide the non-VAT invoice.

Cancel / refund

 

Q: What is the return policy of Wowcamera?

A: It is all under Paypal protection.  If the item is signaficantly not as described (SNAD) within 14 days after the delivery, we will offer the full refund once we get the product back. However, any physical damage, misuse or abuse will not be included.  Simply find the Return Policy for your reference.

 

Q: How to cancel the order?

A: You can contact PayPal to cancel the order. Also, customer can send an email to [email protected]. However, we cannot cancel the order if the order is shipped already.

 

Q: How to make return and get refund?

A: If the product is shipped but you just don’t want the product, please refuse the parcel, which then will be returned back to us. If you have received the product, please don’t open the seal or box and contact us by sending email to [email protected], we will provide you a form with information on where to return.  Once we get back the product, the refund will be processed via PayPal.  For both cases, a restocking fee may apply.  Please see more on Return Policy.

 

Q: What if the product I received is damaged or not working?

A: Please take some photos as the proof and send email to [email protected] within 14 days, we will send you a form with returning information, and replace a new one for you after received the old one.  If it is more than 14 days, you still enjoy 1 year warranty by us or 2 years by the brand depending on the product.  Please see Warranty for more.

 

Q: If the parcel is lost by the courier, how I can get the money back?

A: If you cannot receive the parcel but the tracking status is “shipped”, please provide a ID proof and a declaration letter of non-receipt with your signature.  Once we received the information, we will open a case with the related courier. Once the investigation is accepted and completed, we will issue a refund for you.

The investigation needs to take around 3-4 weeks normally.
